Back to the treadmill

Started back on the treadmill with Day 1 of Week 1 on the C25K (Couch 2 5K) program …

5 min. walk at 3.5 MPH

1 min. jog at 5.0 MPH, 1.5 walk at 3.5 MPH (Repeat eight times)

5 min. walk at 3.5 MPH

And in honor of Kawahi Leonhard torching the Heat in the first half of Game 3 of the NBA Finals …
