Walk for five minutes at 3.5 MPH

Jog for 1:30 at 5.0 MPH then walk two minutes at 3.5 MPH x 6

Walk for five minutes at 3.5 MPH

Leg press/3×12/270

Calf Raises/3×12/90

Leg Extensions/3×12/100

Leg Curls/3×12/110
