Week 6, Day 1

Bench Press 3×12/135

Shoulder Press 3×12/35

Curls 3×12/60

Lat Pulldowns 3×12/100

Forearm Pulldowns 3×12/80 (different machine than usual)

Tricep Extensions 3×12/115

Walk 30 min. on treadmill at 3.5 MPH

And my weight is down to 303.1 even after having been on the road 10 days in the last two weeks!

‘Tis the season!
