Week 1, Day 1 of Lee Labrada’s 12-Week Lean Body Trainer 

Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Row: 2 x 12 @ 30 / 1 x 25 (Failure) @ 30

Tricep Pulldowns (in lieu of pullups): 2 x 12 @ 120 / 1 x 12 (Failure) @ 120

Barbell Curls: 2 x 12 @ 50 / 1 x 12 (Failure) @ 50

Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curls: 2 x 12 @ 25 / 1 x 12 (Failure) @ 25

Walk on treadmill for 60 min. @ 3.1 MPH

Weighed in at 305.8.
