This is the start that I wanted … five straight days in the gym this week.

Bench / 3×10 / 115

Shoulder Press / 3×10 / 30

Curls / 3×15 / 40

Lat Pulldowns / 3×10 / 100

Forearms / 3×10 / 40

Tricep Extensions / 3×10 / 85

Walk 30 min. at 3.5 MPH
