HIt the home gym in the morning before work …

Bench Press            3×12 / 135

Shoulder Press        3×10 / 35

Curls                        3×12 / 60

Lat Pulldowns          3×12 / 100

Forearm Pulldowns  3×12 / 45

Then started day 1 of week 1 of the C25K program in our hotel in Reno …

Walk five minutes at 3.5 MPH

Jog 1 minutes at 5.0 MPH

Walk 1.5 minutes at 3.5 MPH

Repeat 8 times

Walk five minutes at 3.5 MPH
